Green Fertility Smoothie

This green smoothie is my everyday go to smoothie. It is my all time favorite smoothie and I drink it every weekday. It contains good fats from avocado and broccoli and cauliflower which are pack with nutrients as well as being excellent for detoxification. 

The green smoothie tasted great - you would never think that is is full of vegetables. As a matter of fact, the recipe contains 3.5 serves of vegetables. If you share your smoothie with your partner - you will obviously only get half. What a great start to the day.


  • 1 cup cold-pressed apple juice
  • 1 cup cold filtered water 
  • ½ cup organic broccoli
  • ½ cup organic cauliflower
  • ¼ cup green (baby) peas
  • ⅛ avocado peeled & seed removed
  • 1 ½ cup organic kale or spinach
  • 1 cup ice cubes - optional


  • ½ tsp magnesium powder
  • 1 tsp Inulin powder
  • ½ tsp Inositol
  • 1000 mg N-Acetylcysteine
  • 1 tbsp collagen peptides or vegan protein

    Place all ingredients in a nutribullet or other powerful blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

    You need to add ice if you don't used frozen vegetables apart from the kale.

    Serve immediately.
