Blackberry & Avocado Fertility Smoothie
One of the easiest ways to bump up your sperm and egg protecting antioxidants - is to make a daily smoothie.
Try to use organic berries as most berries can be loaded with pesticides. Keep a few different varieties in your freezer so you don’t end up having the same smoothie over and over again.
Try to vary your smoothies from week to week and try to alternate between green, purple and yellow smoothies.
Below is a Blackberry Smoothie Recipe great for both you and your partner.
The recipe serves 2.
- 1Place all ingredients into a Nutribullet or other good blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
- 2Any leftover juice can be stored in a glass jar in the fridge for one day.
